DOUBLE GABLE-ENDS STRUCTURES

RESISTANCE TO ADVERSE ATMOSPHERIC CONDITIONS: the ACADEMY clearspan structures double gable-ends are realized by solid aluminium structure and covers in coated tensile strength pvc.
It is provided with static calculation report and flame retardant certificates for the fabric, fully in compliance with the European safety rules in force.

LASTING IN TIME: the ACADEMY clearspan structures are made of high quality and long lasting materials and they are subject to special treatments to increase the resistance against aggressive weather conditions

COVERING FOR BIG SURFACES: the ACADEMY clearspan structures are made of high quality and long lasting materials and they are subject to special treatments to increase the resistance against aggressive weather conditions

ASSEMBLING CONVENIENCE: The structure is equipped with quick-connections and characterised by innovative technological devices to enable a regular assembling, on step-by-step basis. The closing type joints, dependign on the needs, enable the installation on site of the structure either fully disassembled pr pre-assembled. The covers insertion is made easier by a special kit for keeping the fabric in the right direction during the introduction phase. The covers tensioning is facilitated by a quick handle-driven system.

TRANSPORT EASINESS: The closing type steel joints (realised by laser cutting), the light materials (aluminium profiles) and the dismountable structure enable the easy and practical transport.

LOSS OF HEAT CONTROL: we foresee the possibility to install a double lower cover, parallel to the main top cover, to prevent the condensation: in this way there would be a sort of coating having the purpose of air insulation. The side walls can be either made of PVC fabric or realised by insulated sandwich panels for the application of frames for doors or windows
